Back to School:Night Routine

These are my tips and tricks for a perfect pamper evening the night before school starts or any night after a stressful day. Follow this guide to a relaxing evening and a perfect nights sleep ready for an amazing and action-packed day ahead. 1. Internet Free I know what your thinking 'are you mental or something,internet free who do you think I am' but trust me. When I'm having a sort of pamper evening the first thing I love to do is switch off the internet on my phone. If you really think about it is there any need to constantly be on it when all you are really doing is endlessly scrolling. Also avoiding your phone will ensure a good nights sleep.

2. Being Prepared Before I start my pamper routine I like to make sure I am fully prepared for the busy day ahead of me so that in the morning I'm not rushed and if I ever do oversleep I know that my bag is packed and uniform set out. I always make sure I have everything I need.

3. ...and relax
So my all time number one tip is to have a warm but not too hot shower or bath. I personally enjoy a shower but a bath is just as soothing. A shower just makes you feel fresh and puts you in a perfect mood. Lather up with with your most luxurious soap,I suggest something scented to make you feel fresh and fragranced. Moisturiser for smooth feeling skin and slip into your comfiest pyjamas.

4.Pamper time
Firstly, I start with a beauty wipe just to get of the excess makeup that the shower didn't wash off. I put my pink headband on and start the routine. I then either do a nose strip or black mask on my nose. I use my face wash to freshen up my face and cool it down with Aloe Vera gel. I then moisturiser my hands before ending with lip balm. Occasionally, I paint my nails to make myself feel good.

5.Books,Books,Books
I love to read, it gets me in the perfect mood for bed. I am currently reading Everything Everything which is a really good book and I was thinking of doing some book reviews on here so tell me what you think.

6. Goodnight
Remember to get an early night and instead of watching an episode of your favourite show or hoping on YouTube why not try listening to an audiobook or some music to help you get to sleep. Goodnight I hope you have an amazing day enjoying your wonderful life.
